Distance Selling Agreement
Regulates the rights and obligations related to the sale of GPL licensed goods.
1. Parties
SELLER
Company: GPLPress.net
BUYER
The buyer is the person or entity placing an order through gplpress.net.
Information provided during the order is considered the buyer’s information.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to the distance sale of GPL licensed WordPress themes and plugins sold via GPLPress.net.
3. Product and Pricing Information
- The products offered for sale are GPL licensed WordPress themes and plugins.
- Prices are shown at the time of order and include applicable taxes.
- Prices may change but the confirmed order price applies.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are made by electronic methods such as credit card, bank transfer, etc.
- Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
5. Delivery
- Products are delivered digitally as download links immediately after order confirmation and payment completion.
- Delivery is instant. In case of technical issues, the buyer is informed immediately.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
- According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the right of withdrawal is not applicable once digital products are downloaded.
- Withdrawal is valid up to 14 days only if the product has not been downloaded.
- Support requests are always welcomed for technical issues.
7. Protection of Customer Data
Personal data is protected according to KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law) and international data protection regulations.
8. Execution of the Agreement
The agreement enters into force automatically upon order confirmation and payment completion.

Refund Eligibility
The nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly makes it generally non-returnable. However, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Unusable Product: The product is completely non-functional, damaged, or doesn't do what it promises.
- Not Downloaded: You have not downloaded the product (EU 14-day withdrawal right applies here).
- Misleading Description: The main product description was significantly misleading.
Before a refund is granted, allow us 24-72 hours to try and help solve the issue. Contact our support team first.
No Refunds Provided For:
- Simply changing your mind or deciding not to use the product.
- Purchasing a VIP Membership for "testing" purposes.
- Renewals of subscriptions (these are strictly non-refundable).
- Inability to install the product due to lack of technical knowledge (we offer help!).
- Incompatibility with your specific web server settings or other 3rd party plugins.
- Product asking for a license key (GPL products work without keys; keys are only for auto-updates from original dev).
- Products bought by mistake that have already been downloaded.
